“SENTEI RYOYOHI” (a fee for non-referral first visit consultation) will be revised starting from January 1, 2024.
Any patients without a referral letter will be charged as shown in the table below:

If you wish to seek first time consultation at our hospital, please bring a referral letter from your family doctor or local medical provider.
The following will be considered “First visits/First time”.
- When a patient visits our hospital as an outpatient for the first time.
- When a patient is currently receiving treatment at our hospital and wishes to be seen by other department at our hospital.
- When a patient has been treated at our hospital before and has already recovered from the illness. Even if the patient is being seen for the same disease and symptoms as previously, it shall be considered a first visit.
- When a patient is being seen for temporary illnesses including the common cold and hay fever.
The following will be considered “Revisits”.
When a patient continues to visit our hospital after recovering from the illness and having been referred to other clinic or hospital by his/her doctor at our hospital.
If you are already receiving treatment at our hospital and wish to visit another department at our hospital, it is considered a first visit. Please bring a referral letter from your family doctor OR ask your attending doctor at our hospital for in-hospital referrals.
- The current fee of 1,300 yen for non-referral first visit consultation will remain the same until December 31, 2023.
