The decision whether to admit is made after examination by the doctor and is based on the patent's medical condition and bed availability.
About Admission-day Procedures
Please bring the following items and complete the procedures at Admission Reception on the first floor (window #5).
After the procedures have been completed, with few exceptions, a nurse will show you to your room.
- Admission application and contract (not required for patients who have already submitted this)
- Health insurance card
- Medical-care certificates (if you have any)
- Patient ID card (Tama-Hokubu Medical Center card)
- Personal Health Record ("Okusuri Techo") and current medications you are using
- Discharge certificates from other hospitals (if you have any)

About Payment and Settlement Methods for Hospitalization Charges
The amount of hospitalization fees borne by the patient differs depending on whether you have an insurance card and the type of insurance you have.
Notification of Hospitalization Charges
If the Month Changes During Your Hospitalization
We will send you a copy of the bill around the 10th of the following month.
If Your Are Discharged During the Same Month You Were Admitted
We will inform you of the estimated amount the day before discharge so that you can prepare to make payment on the day of discharge.

If maying payment during the hours above is difficult, you can pay at the Night/Out-of-Hours Reception Desk (next to the emergency outpatient entrance). If you are discharged at night or on a holiday, please conduct the procedures at the Night/Out-of-Hours Reception Desk (next to the emergency outpatient entrance).

About Rooms
The standard arrangement is four patients to a room. Room furnishings include bed, prepaid-card-operated television set, and bedside cupboard (storage space) with refrigerator.

Meal offering removed pork and alcohol

In case you cannot accept pork and alcohol for religious reason, we can remove pork and alcohol as far as those extracts, but not amino acid or enzymes.
Halal certificate food products are not available. Please understand that the range of food items available for preparing meals to meet individual needs is limited, which may reduce the variety of option to be served.
Cutlery and utensils are not offered for dedicated personal use.
Each item is washed with detergent and subject to hot air disinfection after each use.
We offer your meal such way, and hand you menu and ingredients if you need.
Meal for vegetarian

For vegetarian, we can offer the meal which removed meat ,meat products, Seafood, seafood products, egg, milk products completely or largely, but not the seasoning coms form animal products.
Please understand that the range of food items available for preparing meals to meet individual needs is limited, which may reduce the variety of option to be served.
