Appointment system

　With the exception of emergencies (the ER), our hospital generally accepts only patients who have referrals and/or appointments.
　If you wish to visit the hospital, please request a referral from your current hospital or clinic and contact the Appointment Center.

Appointment office

First visit (new patients)

　New patients coming for their first visit should arrive at the hospital 30 minutes before their appointment time.
　Enter via the Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Medical Center entrance and complete registration at the “No. 1 medical examination reception desk” on the far right.

Phone consultations

　As a hospital policy, the Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Medical Center does not generally accept consultations by phone for determining whether a patient requires emergency care.
　Making a medical decision without directly seeing the patient may be detrimental to the patient. In addition, the doctors and nurses on duty are obligated to provide treatment to many patients who have come for emergency care, and do not have adequate time to respond to all phone queries.
