1. Medical Treatment Details and Features

　We at this department perform CT and MR imaging diagnosis. All of the CT, MR and nuclear medicine imaging diagnosis together with preparation of diagnostic imaging reports are performed in this hospital under the supervision of a diagnostic specialist. Other diagnostic imaging (ultrasound, plain X-rays, etc.) is conducted upon requests from other clinical departments. We perform diagnostic imaging of any part of the body from head to toe upon requests from other clinical departments. Our operating principle is to “enhance medical care safety and foster proactive behavior by individuals”. We provide radiation therapies in cooperation with the adjacent Tokyo Metropolitan Tama Medical Center.

2. Main target diseases

　We perform comprehensive pediatric diagnostic imaging by making full use of state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment. We own RIS (Radiology Information System）and PACS（Picture Archiving and Communication Systems）and speed up the clinical examinations by a filmless system. Our radiology specialists interpret and prepare radiograms/imaging diagnosis reports for delivery to each clinical department.

At our hospital, as a rule, except in the case of emergency cares at ER we only accept patients based on a referral appointment system.
